Shipping costs
The Netherlands
At koelproduct.nl the shipping of orders within the Netherlands above € 49 is completely free.
For shipping orders under € 49 we charge a € 5.95 contribution for the shipping costs. Your order will then be sent as a package with GLS, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code once the package has been delivered by us to GLS.
Belgium
At koelproduct.nl, shipping orders to Belgium above € 79 is completely free.
For shipping orders under € 79 we charge a € 6.95 contribution to shipping costs. Your order will then be sent as a package via GLS, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code once the package has been delivered by us to GLS.
Other countries
We ship to all countries within the EU. Based on the delivery address, the actual shipping costs will be calculated in the cart.
Returning items
In accordance with our terms and conditions, you can return a product to us within 14 days without giving any reason (articles 6 and 7), this is done at your own expense. We will refund you within 30 days. Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
Before returning an item, please contact [email protected] for the correct address to which you can return the product, this may differ from our office address.
Please note that not all items can be returned or exchanged automatically (Article 8).
Custom-made products and handmade products that are made per order are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal.
